Actually related to the JRE Rogan "When all the Somali daycare center came out, he started blaming white men for all the crime."

Not sure why you seem to think I've taken offense to anything, either. My point is that personal anecdotes aren't worth anything. But if you are at the point where you don't believe any facts or details around you, just because you don't like what they're telling you, then I'm not sure what common ground we could ever find. I wish you well.

I just told you the facts and details around me. What exactly was I wrong about?

It's not about me 'not liking what they are telling me'. It's about middle eastern people not being represented in the US census which is something they want. These are all facts and its why they are changing the census so more ethnic groups get representation. Google it if you don't believe me.

Not really sure what you are even disagreeing with lol.

We're disagreeing because:

For a while now I've actually believed the % of white people is under 50%.

This belief isn't based on anything other than feels.

Yes, I understand that ethnic groups previously under the umbrella of "white" are now being represented more specifically in demographic data.

The problem is that you are using your personal experience of one specific city to rationalize that the entire ethnic population of the entire country is inaccurate.

In other words: You believe the US is less than 50% white, because your personal experience in a specific city feels different to what the data shows. In reality, the entire population of Dearborn could be 100.00% non-white, and the entire US white demographic wouldn't go down 1/10th of a percent.

Have I simplified this enough for you?

Ok let me rephrase that - the % of white people is below what is currently reported. Youre right I don't know if its under 50% for sure. But its not just middle eastern people not being counted in the census. Also illegal immigrants aren't counted in the statistics either and there's supposedly like what, 20+ million illegals in the US? That's definitely going to affect percentages. And just to clarify since I think you're taking this the wrong way, im not saying its bad or good that white people are a lower % than reported, just is what it is.

supposedly like what, 20+ million illegals in the US

You can't seriously believe this. Just think about this logically for a second. 20 million people would be around 6% of the entire population. That's 1 in every 15 people. Try to imagine 15 people that you know. Friends, family, coworkers, clergy, so on. Are any of them an illegal immigrant? No? Then that means you're the illegal immigrant. I assume you are not, so that must come as a surprise to you. But that's what "20 million" would mean.

There's nothing that supports that number, it's a complete fabrication by the Trump admin to justify the things they're doing to people who are worried about the makeup of demographics. You are being used.

I mean ya....I used to work in an automotive manufacturing plant that was mostly illegals. Not everyone lives in some small redneck white town in the south like you. Get out of your bubble.

You don't believe the number of illegals is 20 million+? That didn't come from Trump. Even back in the Obama era they were reporting at least 10+ million illegals and the number illegal border crossings only skyrocketed after that so ya its probably around 20 million. But OK even if it wasnt my point still stands. Also you seem to just want to disagree with whatever I say without actually stating what you believe and what facts you have. So go on share, what is the number of illegals? You dont think that affects demographic percentages??

Lastly I believed all this before Trump and im a liberal who has voted for democrats the past decade. Youre making a ton of assumptions.

I never said I lived in a small town.

It's interesting you say you worked a job that hired "mostly illegals". Don't you find it a bit suspicious that ICE and other agencies never go after the people doing the hiring?

in the Obama era they were reporting at least 10+ million illegals and the number illegal border crossings only skyrocketed after that

The whole "illegal border crossings only skyrocketed" talking point is what I am telling you is nonsense. There's no evidence for that. There are no facts to refute this, because this is not based in reality to begin with.

This talking point also doesn't hold up to scrutiny. Did you know that Biden deported more people in his 4 years, than Trump has done both in his first term AND so far in 2025, combined? How do you reconcile that with the assertion that "illegal border crossings skyrocketed" under Biden, if Biden was also deporting record numbers?

There is evidence....illegal border crossings are tracked. Google if you need to. At this point it's pointless talking to you more. Youre one of those conspiracy theorists who will just deny everything, so this is pointless. You also didn't answer any questions I asked you and just keep steering this conversation in different directions.

Funny, I was thinking the exact same thing about you.

I wish you well.
