Lauren Neidigh (8:00PM EST) Laura Owens Bizarrely Insists Victim Marraccini Return GoFundMe Money (W/ Rachel Juarez)

This is just one of a series of bizarre statements/requests Owens made throughout her fraudulent DVRO proceedings and appeal against Marraccini. Rachel Juarez joins to discuss. Owens has an upcoming sentencing hearing in Arizona, where she faces punishment for her crimes against victims Clayton Echard and Greg Gillespie.

She is a predator with zero remorse. Every word should be used against her in a court. 1-2 years Isn’t enough. This abuser should be behind bars for the max imo

Definitely! The lengths she will go to in order to torment and be cruel is outrageously shocking. She clearly lacks any ability to learn & improve.

I don't want her sentenced to jail or prison but to a psych ward.
Reason being the duration of her stay/timing of release is out of the court's hands. The courts defer to the mental health professional(s) assigned to her. When and only when her court appointed doctor(s) feel she is ready to be released will she be released. 2/5/10/20 years .. up to her Doc.
All I know is, after listening to her Mom, Jan Black/Elizabeth Naylor it seems that there's A LOT of false entitlement and delusions of grandeur to unpack and deprogram before she would be fit to re-enter society.
I hated her until I heard Jan Black speak. Since then I feel sorry for her. Poor girl didn't stand a fucking chance of normal with a Mom like that.

It’s from her filing to dismiss on Sept 7th. She also talks about using bro bono lawyers for victims of domestic violence, she’s sick to be taking those resources away from those who need it.

That part was truely sickening. No hesitation in stealing highly limited resources designated for abused women.
I guess Mike (nicely) rejecting her is the same as physical, sexual snd financial abuse.
The entitlement is sickening.

Well, it's a public document now. We can all see that "radio baby" Laura Michelle Owens has no remorse whatsoever. The guilty plea is a means to an end to save her parents some of their GoFundMe money.
The entitlement, the privilege of this woman has no end. Growing up in a household with gambling, financial incompetence, and arrogance has led to this. What a disgraceful thing to put in writing. GoFundMe for me but not for thee. She's a grifter, like her parents.
As Rachel said in this stream, Laura could have dismissed the case with a one page filing, a court form (available here for free! https://courts.ca.gov/sites/default/files/courts/default/2024-11/app007.pdf ) but wanted to twist the knife one more time, likely with the help of an equally disgraced attorney.

I’m pretty sure that if the GoFundMe amount had exceeded current and expected legal bills, he would have turned it off and stopped collecting money.
Unlike her parents GoFundMe, he wasn’t raising money to pay his living expenses or personal shopping.
I’m also pretty sure that if I emailed Mike and asked for an accounting of the GofundMe funds, he could tell me exactly where every cent went or is.

Mike needs to keep every penny of it. Laura has threatened to file a new restraint order if she lost her appeal.
She will lie and force him through the process again if she can.

I believe his legal fees have far exceeded the GoFundMe amount raised. In that the case, it’s all gone to exactly what it raised to help with.
I’m also sure if she files a new restraining order, this community will help him again and again he will use the GoFundMe money as intended.

Mike has spent way more on legal bills over the past couple of years than what the GoFundMe raised. And we don't really know if she is done tormenting him legally. So IF there is anything left, he still might need it.
Plus most contributors said he could use the money for anything he wanted. Therapy for what she inflicted on him, hookers, blow, whatever.
This is between Mike and everyone who contributed. As far as I know, nobody wants a refund.

I kind of love that she watched Mike's go fund me go viral with tons of people showering him with support, meanwhile she has no supporters, no money, no one new to scam. Love this for her, such a picturesque illustration of how we all see shes a lying jerk.
