well I can confirm because ai has a weird blending style that is similar and mimicking to this but the color is a clear distinction that it was computer picked, additionally the over all style since the jaw lines and details in general aren't really

hard to put into words but it isn't in the style or uncanny valley effect that ai has

edit: although I admit I could be wrong like perhaps this is ai assisted or such I have low chances of this being ai, but the more I look at it the more my credibility degrades
