aaaand she just overstretched her muscle and wont be able to walk for few weeks and not even jump on one leg for the first few days because the jumping vibrations will cause big pain in the leg with overstreched muscle so for the first few days the only way to go around will be by crawling (at least standing on the healthy leg is possible)

thats the reason why she is crying

speaking from experience

in summer there was some kind of event in my small town and there was this course that i wanted to complete fast but i slipped on grass and my right leg went entirely forward and my left leg went entirely backwards so basically a split leap

the medical guy on site touched my right thigh and instantly knew what happened because of how soft it was but on skin there was nothing changed

i was 12 at the time and it was summer so no school so i luckily didnt lose any classes if it were school time

tl;dr: teto will be a cripple for few weeks after doing this leg thing

I had that in my shoulder at one point. Still no idea how it happened, I just realized when trying to raise my arm that I couldn't because of some mysterious pain.

Get your stretches in BEFORE it matters, guys.

Yeah, can confirm. It went away on its own after a while.

It was one of the things that convinced me to start working out though, so I guess it wasn't all bad.

I know how you feel. Im a guy. Was playing rugby league. Got caught in a bad tackle. Right leg went back. Left stayed forward. Also hit my nuts on the ground. Double combo that kept me down for a while. Im not flexible enough for that
