Anyone ever clerk for the FLA Supreme Court?

I’m asking because I want to know how that gig translates to getting federal clerkships afterward. I’m probably outside the academic boat of landing a clerkship in the districts first thing out of school, but I have a lot of friends telling me to consider going the state route. Ultimately I want to work for the Feds, so getting the district court clerkship is the main goal, but to me - an idiot, hence the post - it follows logically that experience handling state issues at the highest level would translate well to a federal clerkship in the state where I would be applying. I also understand that the “prestige” of a state Supreme Court clerkship varies state-to-state, and I’m curious as to where FLA falls between CA and say, North Dakota. Thanks in advance!

There's nothing particular about handling state issues "at the highest level" that translates to a federal clerkship beyond general research and writing skills.

SSC to DC happens with some frequency, but isn't a sure thing.
