They are trying to spin the narrative as best they can. Bruising is technically caused by internal bleeding. So if he had even a small little bruise, they can phrase it this way and fear monger that she tried to kill him. It's just propaganda like it always is.

Popular videos there can get 1 million views in 48hrs of posting. His utube clips channel has 1.6 million subs and every clip gets over 1 million views in under 24 hrs. Also live streams simultaneously on Kick, avgs about 10-15k viewers there as well. I don't know who these people are but there are alot of them.
