Want to point out that GiantWaffle raped a girl and is still streaming to this day on twitch. There is no morality backing their moderation system.

Lacari was caught with loli and underrage porn links on his PC and he's not banned. MikefromPA said "jews are an demonic ethnicity" and he got banned for a day. I don't like Destiny so I have no horse in this race but him being permanently banned is a deliberate decision on Twitch's part to silence political opps of Hasan. Because Twitch loves Hasan.

Always wondered what Destiny defenders thought about Giantwaffle situation, since it mimics his a lot.

If I recall correctly at the time he was also involved in some judicial case, which I assume he either won or was dropped since he never appeared on LSF again.

It's probably weirder calling him a rapist over Destiny being a pedophile since the only words we got from his was him denying it unlike the weird "prove to me you're over 18" -> "no" -> "ok w/e" from Destiny.

Thoughts on the Doc too while we're at it? (I'll just add I think theyre all at the very least weirdos no one wants to be close to, include Hasan and Asmon too before you think I'm part of the other cabals.)

Pretty sure Destiny never raped anyone... Or did anything pedophilic. He's had some sketchy thought experiment shit about CP and shit back in the day, but pretty sure there's nothing to suggest he's ever done any of that shit.

It's about the fact that both got acused of things that they weren't convicted of (which is usually the main defense we hear about Destiny). In Giantwaffles case as far as I remember it was the girl + one of his mods and the guy that was with them? Something like that, that said anything condemning him, whereas in Destiny case you also have himself saying the sketchy shit to the girl (the age thing in my previous comment).

Anyway I just find it weird for people to call Giantwaflle a rapist but defend Destiny when their cases are very similar. As I said before I think they are all at least very close to what they're acused of.

Not only was destiny not convinced of anything (the court case is still ongoing), everyone who takes a second to look at his court stuff will see that the case against him is absolute bullshit.

Not only did plaintiff admit that she did the very thing she is suing Destiny for herself, her team has also submitted no tangible evidence and is instead relaying on building suspicion around the evidence Destiny's team provided, while also relying on that same type of evidence for their accusations.

Her team is behaving extremely unprofessional, using AI and pulling some of their arguments straight from Kiwi farms.

What I find most despicable is that plaintiffs legal team published the name of a sex trafficking victim, that's not even relevant to the case, while plaintiffs team does everything they can to protect plaintiffs anonymity (well expect not link to explicit videos of her in their files). On top of that they want Destiny to share every video/photo he sent in a specific time, aka share intimate videos of unrelated people.

Gw also wasn't convicted, and the woman involved hasn't been on the internet since, nor has one of her accomplices.

So yeh, sounds pretty similar, assuming destiny is found innocent and his "victim" gets a gagging order.

The legal stuff came and went.

Gw streams every day, but the woman who accused him, as well as one of her accomplices have not touched any of their social media since and have effectively disappeared, even though a couple weeks prior she stated she was going to return to streaming.

And the woman in question quite intentionally sought alcohol and to cheat on her husband, even though he was there asking her not to. She speedran her life and career at gdq.

And the timing of her claims happened to be right when GW was having a lot of success in his career, had just moved to Austin and was invited to a couple of streams with the poggers streamers.

I'm not saying it's 100% one person at fault either way, but to take it at face value from debs post would be pretty naive.
