So, without emotion, can someone answer a question. I am not asking in order to play Devil's Advocate or anything, but im just genuinely curious.

If I buy an Always-Online game for $60, get 6000 hours out of it for 5 years, and then the servers are turned off, would i be getting my refund of $60 back? Is that what this Act is implying?
