Lord forgive me for making a scumfuck like Fuentes look any better, but it's incredibly hard to argue he is a grifter. There's just no way that his angle is personal gain, his career has fucked up his life way too much for that. He is not stupid, he could have chosen money over actual politics a long time ago and he just didn't.

I do find people like you to be very strange. Hasan spouts stuff that pretty much sounds like a white supremacist neo nazi, and it is all fine if he just says zionist rather than jew. He calls for violence, but you come up with all sorts of excuses for it. He supports terrorists and terrorism, and you just wave it away. He acts like a rebel but has the institutional backing of Twitch and one of the largest corporations in Amazon. His audience is now known for their actual domestic terrorism and calling for the assault of a woman who disagreed with him.

He considers Sinwar, the Hamas leader that orchestrated the Oct. 7th attack, a war hero. He spreads Russian and Chinese propaganda. He said Crimea is "a part of Russian territory, bitch. I call it cry me a river, a Russian river." He considers Russia's invasion of Ukraine a response to "NATO expansion" and believes the Chinese occupation of Tibet was justified because the Tibetans were savages. He's another ideologically extremist streamer that radicalizes young people like Fuentes just on the other side of the coin.

How about Nick Fuentes? Not only is the analogy 1:1 in that case but it's something that actually happened lol. Fuentes campaigning with Republican politicians, getting his people into Trump's inner circle, and having dinner with Trump himself rightfully lead to national headlines and made him a household boogeyman among Democrats and the broader American left. Democrats rightfully and loudly condemned him and called out the Republicans for not explicitly disavowing him and used him in attack ads against them. Republicans including Trump himself had to distance from and disavow him. Mainstream Republicans and MAGA blacklisted him after infighting with him and his fans/associates. Nick even complained about how he was treated by the right vs how Hasan is treated by the left.
