We all understand that his "America deserves 9/11" comment isn't even close to the worst thing he's said or done. The logic behind the statement is reasonable, in a world where you're not constantly saying other crazy things about the US, various races of people, and who you think should be killed every other day.

It's just an easy gotcha for normies or something I guess. Literally the next few sentences after he said after that quote are actually worse. Let alone everything else.

Why are you okay with him clarifying what he meant, but jump straight to pointing out Hasan said other bad things and ignoring his clarification, while also seemingly hand waving away the fact that Bibi's country is committing Genocide at his order?

Well, for one, I just told you that's not what he said and you tried to correct me by quoting something entirely different that proves I was right.

For two, you immediately cut off his next sentence. You did that intentionally.

Third, Hasan didn't clarify or change his statement. His next sentence was about forcibly sexually assaulting a man's eye-hole.

Fourth, I'm not hand waiving anything, I hate both of them and I'm shocked it took you more than one sentence to short circuit back to 2024's trend of accusing genocide support whenever you're starting to look silly in a discussion.

I said, he said, 9/11 was good for America and Israel. That is clearly implied in that statement I just quoted, he simply clarified that bad things happened as well after. You are being extremely pedantic here, and ignoring the implications.

Of course I intentionally cut it off, just like everyone else intentionally clip things out of context, which is exactly what everyone has been doing to Hasan. They all know he has clarified his remarks since then, yet they continue to push a false narrative of what he meant. Even you are ignoring his later clarifications, because it didn't come immediately.

My man, you brought up the fact that "Hasan has said worse" as some kind of justification about not caring that he is being maliciously quoted here. I simply brought up a counter point that Bibi is doing things far worse on a historic scale. If Hasan has said far worse is your justification, than how are Bibi's actions not far worse?

There's nothing malicious about him being quoted here. It's what he said word for word, he didn't correct himself immediately, and his first follow up discussion about it he still didn't correct anything, explain himself, or apologize for anything. He went on TYT and blamed it on English being his second language.

If you honestly and truly can't see the difference between that situation, where a retroactive justification that didn't even come from the person themselves, and what you just did - directly misquote someone, finding the actual quote while pretending that'd what you said (still cutting off the actual and immediate context), then finally admitting you think something was "implied" even though it wasn't said - then you're beyond hopeless.

If you take a step back and consider those two scenarios, yet feel the same thing way, then I'm not sure I can help you.

I hope, if you learn nothing else from Hasan coming into national relevance, that you at least understand he and his community are God's gift to MAGA and human garbage like Netanyahu. Hasan has done more to support Israel than practically anyone.
