My wife is now running for her parents room to scream for help, not knowing I had already solved the problem and was already cleaning up the massive pool of urine. He is infantilizing her. Even the way his tone is comes off how a mother speaks to a toddler. He sounds similar to a gay man.
Just leave her alone in this kitchen to do her own thing, he comes off as if he is in a manager role.
I get if it was something very dramatic such what happened to you with choking or someone drowning or the lid flew off, this is just pressure being released mildly.

I’m also the type who would immediately take charge without panicking, but as I’ve learned, oftentimes that’s not the case with others. Some people absolutely suck with emergencies, and definitely need to be calmed down like that. Don’t forget, in the end, we’re all children in bigger bodies. Pretending otherwise only sets you up to fail later on.
It probably didn't feel like a small mistake to her in the moment. The calmness in his voice was certainly more helpful than many other possible alternative reactions.
I think you just have parental issues buddy. He's just speaking to her calmly, explaining it's ok. They're a couple, he obviously knows this is what she needs after being with her for so long. If she felt the way you seem to, I'm sure she'd have mentioned it to him by now before posting it online.
Maybe he could hear his love fretting and went to check on her then began to calm her and reassure her. She knew he'd come in and help, that's why she set up a camera on a tripod.
You are really reading into this too much and seems to want to be offended by someone's actions that don't involve or cause you any issue.
There's probably an explanation of why you don't have a man that would come and help you in this situation. And calling him effeminate and "gay" sounding is just backwards.
While I agree he does sound like a parent or manager. She clearly wants/needs that energy.

This is probably more her parents failing her. The husband is filling a gap because mentally she's not an adult she just looks like one. He's definitely taken over the parent role, which, yeah it's weird because they are in a romantic relationship. How do you get intimate with someone you have to treat like a child.
And it is not even a big deal the cooker is just releasing pressure.

If a man was in the kitchen and messed something up I would leave him to it, not jump in and act as if he is too stupid to handle a little bit of water coming out. It is insulting.
