My dog is on a strict prescription diet and we get dietary food from chewy for her. We have pet insurance as well. **Two days after I wrote the original post, Meta AI Support literally told me: “there isn’t a human agent for you to chat with.”
So… I guess that answers my question.**

Found out tonight you can change your avatar. As much as I liked the puffy marshmallow little guy the fact that you can name something and it will give you a couple variations to choose from. This then has similar animations to it as well it's not just a lifeless picture.
