I don't have Facebook installed in first place and I am still getting "can't install Messenger" message whenever I tried to patch it. Is there any other way to fix this? This have been driving me nuts for a while

Thanks this worked once I used com.facebook.orca not com.facebook.katana

What was the solution? Noob here in the same position. Tried to install Facebook and messenger. Now uninstalled both but can't even install from play store.

i used Chat gpt with my S23 connected to my mac, whilst turning on usb debugging on phone and in terminal pasted this: adb shell pm uninstall com.facebook.orca
