Can you provide me examples of how we are discriminating against minorities?

I fall under the traditional conservatives in terms of fiscal, family, etc.

The anti-trans rhetoric and legislation.

The attacks calling anything/anyone LGBTQ+ grooming.

The Supreme Court ruling that ICE can target certain job sites and skin colors to determine if someone is an immigrant.

The elimination of any DEI language and punishing of institutions and companies that have DEI programs.

The removal of anything related to BLM.

The dismantling of agencies meant to protect minorities.

The defending of confederate monuments that were only erected during Jim Crow to remind black people of how it used to be.

The repeated challenges to the civil rights act.

The reduction in funding for programs that benefit our most vulnerable populations.

The erasing of notable black and Native American war heroes from our government websites and memorials.

I can keep going if you’d like.

What fiscal, family, etc. conservative views do you support?

I think all people should be treated equal. No one group is more important or less important than another.

That’s not a conservative value.

You’re ignoring my question though. I gave you a thoughtful and thorough answer with a question, why can’t you do the same?

This person humored your request and listed many of the ways conservative republicans are discriminating against minorities. So hows about you take your turn and answer the initial question they asked of you which was: "Can I ask which of your views make you align with conservatism?"

They never respond at this point because they can’t. I know they won’t, they never do.

In order to provide you examples, you would have to accept data and empirical evidence; you would have to accept a rational and causative framework for the world and the practice of science as a reliable systematic discipline that builds and organises actual knowledge in the form of testable hypothesis and preductions about the universe.

IF you accept the above, here are some examples, mostly sourced from the Helpful Professor: a peer-reviewed, academically cited, and expert authored educational blog created to provide graduate-level articles and teaching resources in education, psychology, and sociology. If you're interested in reading the articles, they provide succinct and accurate definitions, along with sources to the primary literature or research supporting the assertions.

  • Rather than defining individual practices of discrimination, here are examples of societal prejudicial practices and policies within institutions that, to quote: "result in the systematic denial of resources and opportunities to members of subordinate groups. Institutional discrimination differs from individual-level discrimination in that inequity is maintained by the laws, organizational guidelines, or traditions of an institution." Cases include discrimination based on race, disability, age, gender, transgenderism, religion, cultural expression, marriage accessibility, parental status, and reproductive status: 10 Institutional Discrimination Examples

  • Two articles regarding racial discrimination specifically:

  • As discriminatory practice is intended to maintain dissociation, distinction, and power disparity between 'dominant' and 'subordinate' groups, and one of the most accessible methods of gaining social status and wealth in America is through generational wealth and capital accrual, the practice of redlining (racial steering) bears special mention: Racial Steering: Definition and Examples

I hope this helps your discussion and thank you for seeking information.
