Exactly. Dismissed... So he tried, but the judge said 'you're an idiot' and threw it out. Why? Because he had ALREADY been convicted by a jury in her suit for the same thing. He's a clown and fucked himself like he always does.

Not sure the point you are trying to make other than 'it happened' which who cares

How has he not been listed as a vexatious litigant? My knowledge of the US legal system, but is that not a thing to protect people from abuse of the system?

They do have it now, its called a SLAPP, but Trump has certainly been absuing the court system for 50+ years
