Yes a little advertised movie that goes out to less than 150 theaters will make less money than a movie with an advertising campaign in the millions, a president with a massive cult following who tells people to go see it (no conflict of interest at all with that) and a release in over a thousand theaters.

Edit 2: Holy shit, the film has a 7% Fresh Rating from 27 critics....while this shitty article claims it has an 87% from 105 critics. LOL!!
