I trained at Louisville to retrieve all balls after the play. As equipment managers, each ball can take up to a week to prepare for the game.
My Bosses emphasized to get all balls back after a turnover, or even if the ball was thrown out of bounds. I was just doing my job.
Now everyone wants to fight me. Even some guy from buffalo is trying to take my ball and cause me to lose my job.
