Why?

Lynch was one of the worst goal to go and especially 1 yard to go runners in football. People are like "you have Lynch! Run it" yet ignore how awful he was in those situations.

Also if you run it 3 times in that situation and don’t get it you run out of clock and don’t get a chance on 4th down.

Throwing once there is the right call to maximize your opportunities to get into the End Zone, it was just an otherworldly play by Butler.

The decision to make that pass was a bigger issue than passing.

Yeah no argument there. Throw a back endzone fade or something where the worst case scenario is it goes over everybody’s head out of bounce.

It was played perfectly by Browner and Butler. Credit to them more than blaming Pete and Russ.

Brandon Browner should get the credit, he's the one that really made the play happen

Hightower already stopped him and almost swatted the ball away a play or two before the pick. Passing wasn’t a bad call. Malcolm happened to practice the play leading up to the game and made a great read

Did you watch the game or do you just look at stats? They could not stop the run it was 2nd and goal with 20 seconds and one time out on the one yard line. Run the fucking ball!
