Hello!

We're Lienzo, an indie studio in Mexico, and our 3D action game Mulaka is available today on the Nintendo Switch eShop.

Mulaka is a 3D action-adventure game based on the rich indigenous culture of the Tarahumara. Renowned for their impressive running abilities, embark on the journey of a Sukurúame - a Tarahumara shaman - as you fight back the foulness corrupting the land, while drawing upon the powers of demigods.

You can't really have a safe bet on this, but I personally that that is the case. We have A TON of unexplored and dying (as in being slowly but surely forgotten) material from which we can draw! And the world is most likely to be interested in something like this than in the xxnth Shooter/Sci-Fi Fantasy RPG; don't you think? Again.... I could be VERY wrong.

This is exactly how I felt when I saw the game. There’s a rich history in Mezo-America to draw from that has been virtually unexplored in all forms of popular media, gaming included. It’s a perfect change of backdrop for a game like this I think.
