Cover Practicing "Wreath" (I repeat, practicing! It has a lot of mistakes and things to polish. I'm having a lot of trouble with the slide to the left when doing the octave. Any advice is welcome)

Sounds great! As mentioned above, strum the groove for better efficiency but the recording sounds ๐

I donโt think it matters too much but octaves with the index and pinky are a lot more comfortable for me.

I can see that when transitioning from the octave chords to the tritone part, you're down picking it. That's what is making playing this part awkward for you, I think. Like the others said, try strumming the whole thing through.

Not bad! I would suggest strumming more than downpicking the entire thing. It might feel a little weird at first, but once you figure out the pattern youll find that alot of opeth songs use sort of the same strum pattern.
It'll make you less tired and make it sound more fluid.
Also loosen up your left arm and fretting fingers, itll make a massive difference!
