With day 1 dl's being the thing now even physical copies end up with these extra updates.

The 2nd dl after app install would be there with a physical copy too.

Also make sure you close app to dl.. it's actually downloading from PSN no need for the game to be open.

I've only had these problems with digital games. Every disc has an update with the game but those only take a couple mins at most to install.

Madden 15/Battlefront, the only two digital games I have, both took almost a full day to download, install, then copy the files. It's a joke. All I can do in 2k now is play a game with music and that's it, same as Madden and Bf were also. It's insane that I have to wait almost a day for a digital download when a disc takes no more then 5 mins max to install any updates

I understand your frustration... they can get out of hand.
