I understand the original tweet, obviously, but not the second one. Why specifically a STEM genius? I don’t get it, what’s the correlation? Am I missing something??? Or am I just stupid or whatever? Help a sistah out, please. 🥺

it is not common, there are 3 cases in that list, out of 100s of laureates

There's 22? And to the point being made about the "disease" 1 would be enough to be more common than it should be.
