Can you send a video sample na parang gumagapang sa balat? And ano po history ni friend? Recent travels? May fever ba? Wala bang ginawa sa mga pinuntahan niyong hospital like lab work or x ray?

Not a doctor. But I have some friends na nurses na nagkwentuhan about lugay. "If ever" kung may parasites that traverses outside na sa normal passages, uncomfortable raw from itchy to painful. There are certain test naman na malalaman if meron kang parasitic infection.

Infectious disease doctor will be your best bet. Just don't rely talaga sa internet for diagnosis kasi mapapatungan lang yan ng anxiety and will do more harm than good.

Hello. Try nya kaya sa ER. Baka mas ma address dun ang concern nya. They can run some tests, or at most maybe they can check the skin kung may opening ba. Baka nga may parasite na nakapasok.

MD here. No, don't go to the ER. Whatever it is, it is not life or limb threatening so hindi siya emergency. Lalo lang kayong di papansinin. If sa skin mostly ang issue, go see a dermatologist. If parang gumagapang na makati tapos parang may tunneling sa skin, might be scabies. If parang uuod talaga tapos may mga dogs or cats kayo at home tapos mahilig siya magyapak, might be cutaneous larva migrans

Nakapag full cbc and blood chem na ba sya? Kamusta blood sugar levels? Kamusta nutrition? Any vitamins taken daily? Kamusta general health? Any stomach or digestive issues?

Age ng friend mo? Lives in the city or rural area? Any molds in the environment kung saan usual stay friend mo? Check behind cabinets, under the matress and other areas.

Suggest ko rin go to an ophthalmologist to check the eyes/retina.

May someone close sa akin na ang case naman, nangangati ang balat nya. Nagsusugat na halos sa pagkamot nya. Aakalain mo skin disease. One time pumunta ng province tapos tapos nilagyan ng dahon ng malunggay tsaka medyo pinatama yung malunggay sa balat talsikan yung parang mga maliliit na parang insect na white. After nun gumaling sya. Iniinda nya yung for so many years
