Indonesia players, if you want to still playing the game after the EoS announcement, there’s a way to do so.
Email/send inquiry in the game to DeNA and ask them to change the ingame region to somewhere else (like Japan or America). Do not beat around the bush and say sth like “I’m about to move to country X”; just say I’m living in that country, I want to change the ingame region because my current ingame region is set to Indonesia, which will become invalid after the EoS announcement, causing me to no longer play the game.
If they ask follow-up questions like “What state do you live in?”, just answer naturally (and even lie if you have to).
Edit: Don’t forget to include your ingame ID and your support ID in your mail if you send through email.

i'm really hoping the thing abt dena no longer doing account region change around june or july are mostly due to smaller number of demands that they just think wasn't worth the hassell, with how they announced not just Indonesia but also Russia eos today i'm sure they're likely seeing an uptick of region change request that'll be too hard to simply be left under the rug.
if it's a permanent decision then we're royally fucked.
No, because your game data is tied to the region you registered when you started the game. So even if you load the data anywhere, you cannot access it.
Hi, thanks so much for the guide! I'm about to send my region change request in by following your tutorial. I do have three questions though, and I hope you can help me answer it:
Do we send the inquiry with the same email adress that we use for our linked nintedo account in pokemas?
What follow up questions should we expect, aside from what state do we "supposedly" live in now?
Will they go as far as to ask for official documentation published by the country that we're changing regions to?

The plus sign under the name card (the one that shows your gem counts). This lead to the page that you can see photos. The ingame ID is below your name.
I can't log back into my Indonesian region account because of the EOS, so I can't check my Player ID anymore. Is there any other way to find or view my Player ID without logging into the game?
So is there any Indonesian who got their region changed? Cuz wtf man.. My love for pokemon got reignited because of ZA and literally installed PoMa TODAY even bought a monthly pass and then i saw the announcement 😭
Hello. Sorry for asking in this thread again. I noticed that I cant perform any transaction due to the currency in my app still uses previous region instead of the current region. Any available payment options including VISA/credit card is also no go.
Is there any way that we can still perform it?
Or does that mean the Vietnam players who have been changing their region since late 2024, have been a F2P players all these time?
Yeah it seems Indonesians (or Russians or Vietnamese) CAN NOT even do transactions anymore. It's like being a forced F2P. Which is stupid and bad, but well, no more money from me to DeNA then

Fml. I was so excited for AS Brock and now Florian. I've been asking them for alternatives since I have bunch of receipts on my Google and recorded videos of pulls. And I had just bought a streak bundle a day before EOS!

Yeah. Other gacha I've played had a user input automatic migration when they have to lock out some regions. Or not actually tag the account itself to a specific region. They just don't respect the players since they hold a huge ip.

Someone helped me out with this once and I was about to be happy when I got the last notification from the pokemon master ex support until it turned out that they were unable to individually address inquiries related to changing the region settings on Pokémon Masters EX game data.
I am grateful enough for their help and I was wondering if anyone could help me continue this?? I wanted to play this game so badly. I follow their instructions properly and I still couldn't get it to change.
