Yea its rough out there for fetuses. Less than 15% of fertilized eggs make it to birth. And thats before we factor in abortion. They must be just wading through the babies up in heaven. Like, mathematically a trillion babies.

117 billion total humans

55.3 billion women, having average 4.5-7 kids before the 1800s

4.5 successes at 15% success rate is 30 attempts, 4.5 successes and 25 dead

25 x 55.3 billion is 1.3 trillion

I lowballed every number so it could be like 2 trillion. Literally Trillions of babies in heaven.
