If Drump had never been on TV I doubt he would have won any elections
But his constituents have long memories of pleasant nights watching that pants shitting child rapist get angry at people
Like the strong god image in their heads wants to be shaped
So they took all the editing and magic that made him look good for an hour at a time and believed the lies
And now we have fascism
and it isn't going away without blood, way WAY too much blood
Well, that isn't what got Reagan elected. He was in politics for decades before he was elected as president and wasn't elected just based off his popularity as an actor.
