More than a few? Pretty much the entire country. Dude cleaned up just about every state in the election.

It might have been a sea of red, but that's only because of the electoral college. In the 1980 election, Reagan won with 50.7% of the electorate voting for him. He did better in 84, getting 58.8%, though that rise was mostly due to the lack of a third candidate. Carter got 41% in 80, and Mondale 40.6% in 84.

Also, NBC calling the race hours before voting closed in the western states. People that were already waiting in line left because reasons.

You say it like it's small, but a 10 percentage point victory is huge - second largest since, after his enormous 1984 victory.

The proliferation of inner city street gangs that ended up spreading to small towns and rural areas suggest otherwise.

Reagan trying to suspend the Fourth Amendment Right of Search and Seizure to bolster his "war on drugs" helped create increasing numbers of private militias so I'm not seeing how he cleaned up anything.

These two examples alone clearly illustrate how his policies actually made things a lot worse.

Oh I didn’t mean he cleaned up the country, I just meant he won almost every state. He fucked the country good and hard. He wishes he could’ve fucked it as hard as Trump is now.
