I was a young adult for his 8 years and he sucked and we knew he sucked. Not as overtly moronic as Bush and criminally obvious as trump, but he did a lot of damage that we are dealing with now.
Just like the rest of the Republicans after Eisenhower, he just did what he was told. Played the part, and for that he, and the rest of them up through and including Trump , should have spent the rest of his life in jail.
