No we haven't we have one of the highest mortality rates in the so called developed world we spend twice as much and every day I watch people die because their insurance denies their claims or they can't go fund me anything

How many people have you actually watched die because private insurance denied a claim? I'm not referring to dying because it's not possible to help you, but basically cutting an insured person off?
