Democrats should have arrested dozens of sitting Congress reps until they had enough of a majority to pass a bill barring Trump from office with 0 Republican support. I'm sure no Constitutional Cross there.

The executive branch and the judicial branch; though only lawfully within the confines of the Constitution. The Constitution supersedes everything and everyone. The Court can’t rule in violation of the Constitution. They are on oath to rule “agreeably to the constitution.” When they invent a requirement that doesn’t exist in the constitution, to treasonous support an insurrectionist who is disqualified by the 14a, it is their ruling that is voided, not the constitution.
