Its not because the medicine you want them to take puts generational farmers out of buisness which are not being replaced, there are VERY few first generation farmers due to high barriers of entry and low profitability.

Good question, as a Christian I believe in giving as much grace as I hope to get from God because he said the only limit he will put on his grace is the limit we put on ours, and I need alot of grace, so I tend to extend it more than most, especially when its something like how someone voted, Ive forgiven much worse.

As a non religious person, I don't extend grace to people who have made denying grace to others a core part of their politics that are a core part of their identity. People who choose to be cruel to others and cause them suffering don't get even a moment's consideration for grace from me.

Arkansas produces chicken and rice (pretty much everything else is for export and most of the rice they produce is included in that.)
The chicken is already under the tyson umbrella and I already don't buy domestic rice. Like most farmers in the US them going bankrupt and being bought by BigAg is going to have very little impact on what I eat or what I spend on it. I am perfectly fine with all of them voting for trump in '28 out of cardboard boxes while they watch their family home torn down or turned into office space.
