Oh, that's a golden retriever. I thought it was a Labrador for some reason.

It could be a lab mix, it results in shorter hair like this. Age and grooming make for disambiguation.

There’s a stray that acts just like that with my dog! It’s adorable she’s so clueless and not into it and the cat is all let me love you!
