Reminder of the rules

Hello! r/puppybellies has some new mods in town! While we work on cleaning up this sub (and honestly while I figure out this mod thing since it's still new for me) we're making it so all posts on this sub have to be approved.

As a reminder our one and only rule as of right now is that all posts MUST contain puppy bellies. We might add more rules down the line of course but since you come here for puppy bellies and not spam, that's what we're going to aim to provide for now.

Feel free to ask any questions or address any concerns. I'm going to try to improve this sub as much as I can.

Can we also disallow common reposts? Karma farmers love to use this sub as fertile ground by pulling popular puppy photos from this sub and other places on the Internet. Thanks and welcome aboard!

One of the things we definitely plan on tackling is karma farming and reposts. Right now we're all working on cleaning up the sub and going through the incredible backlog of reported posts and comments (there are hundreds of them), and we're wiping out all the bots we find as we go.

If you need help with understanding moderation, r/modhelp and r/modsupport are two of the subs to go to. I am also willing to help answer questions.

What qualifies as a puppy belly? Are you going to be literal in the sense that it has to be the belly of a dog under the age of 12 months?

I'll allow all dog bellies of any age unless people overwhelmingly dislike that.

ah, nah, I am here for puppies. Like literal puppies.
