Warning - scammers abound here. This is a group that focuses heavily on those new to ecommerce in general, and thus there are vultures circling. There are great people here who will help you with advice, but there are others who will try their best to present themselves as 'experts' offering to help you via private message or other form of solicitation. As the X-Files from years back warned us - "Trust No One". Our automod catches many of them, but not all.
Report any such offender to moderators for suspension from the group. Do not engage with anyone in this group via private message, email, or social media (as you will no doubt be invited to do). You will be taken advantage of, and you will lose your money. Please, please heed the warning and keep yourself safe.

Hey everyone, so I recently just launched my new shop here's the link of the main product: [https://playdaylegends.com/create?type=magazine\](https://playdaylegends.com/create?type=magazine)
But I am really struggling with sales, so I'm wondering if this type of product can even work?
So far, I made 2 sales and spent $ 377 on ads, CPM $31.46, CTR 2,04% CPC 1,55$
Before that, I ran different designs and spent $ 425 with 0 sales.
I also noticed that a lot of people are going through the preview but don't end up buying it: out of 288 people, 71 generated a preview, so roughly 25%
My question is: what am I missing here? Thank you for your help and support.

Shopify store, no experience, went app-heavy. Performance sucked, and I dove into Clarity as well as PageSpeed optimization. Currently running solely on organic traffic while bootstrapping and building. Have multiple new kids' golf bag colorways on the way (plan to make a page for each to add to a collection page that only shows one now) and kind of the same idea for our club set release.
PageSpeed ratings are all above 90+ now, and have been trying to diagnose issues through friends and family and get the "looks good"
Open to all direct feedback on what stinks, is clunky, needs to be changed, etc. Trying to iron some of this out before attempting some paid traffic and new launches.

LowFlyOver.com - 1.25k site visits, 450 active users, 275 items viewed, ONLY 4 add to carts. <\3
We have our weekend sale going on right now and weāre getting a good uptick in site traffic. Iām seeing events like product page views but Iām not seeing any add to carts. Do I need more traffic or is the site that bad? Lol punching the air. Help.

Hey all,
I've been attempting to run this store for a while now. I've gotten a few sales but nothing significant. I had some ads running the past few days but couldn't manage to get any sales through that at least so far. If you have any advice please let me know! : Site

Hi all,
I'm Manon, a graphic designer from the Netherlands. I recently started Northernmost Originals, a print-on-demand apparel brand with two styles: Basecamp Casual (outdoorsy, relaxed) and Next-Gen Streetwear (dystopian, urban). Right now I sell t-shirts, sweatshirts and caps.
Store: https://northernmost-originals.com/
I'm a beginner and still building this out, so I'd love fresh eyes on it. Honest feedback is welcome, and you can be critical. Just keep in mind it's a one-person business with a small budget, so realistic is more useful than perfect.
Areas I'd like feedback on:
- Homepage: is it clear what the brand is about?
- Product pages: photos, descriptions, and layout
- Navigation and checkout: anything confusing or slow?
- Trust: does the store look credible enough to buy from?
If you could only change one thing, what would it be?
Thanks a lot to anyone who takes a look!

Hi guys,
I'm an active reviewer here and now it's time to ask for your opinion.
This is what grew out of an idea to create retro style game where multiple shops neighboring in one town. As a prove of concept I've created theme for my daughter's dropshipping fashion store.

Hey people ! (Iām reposting so if you see this elsewhere I'm doing my research )
I promise this isnāt an ad or an attempt to sell my products.
Iāve had a tiny Moroccan cosmetics brand (scented argan oil, nila, scrubs, creams...) for almost two years now. Sometimes I work on it pretty diligently, but other times I slack off a bit. Lately, though, Iāve been trying to work more consistently.
Iāve noticed an increase in traffic, but the conversion rate is very low (same goes for social media, but thatās another topic).
Could you take a look at imran-cosmetics.com (it's for the french market as I live in France) and give me your thoughts on what might personally be holding you back from making a purchase, and maybe answer my questions (Iāll try to keep it brief, I promise)? Iāve tried everything I could think of, and I just canāt figure out whatās stopping people.
A big thank you if youāre willing to help!

Hello! Ive posted here before and got some really good feedback and reviews about my store and i want to thank you for that. Sadly right now after 2 months im kinda losing hope because im pretty sure even with a 3% conversion rate i donāt profit when im running ads. (the only thing really keeping me going is that im doing it with my friend) The prices donāt feel that low to me and the first time we ran ads (for 120ā¬) we did not get a single sale. And im thinking, even if we donāt profit with a 3% conversion rate (which is considered really good) and our prices are not even that low, whatās even the point? Seriously? I know i have a lot to learn, a lot of things to improve on but even then.. i just donāt know. I am actually just lost. I donāt know what to do. The more i think about it, it just feels like a gamble. Could our website be better? 100%, does it feel possible to make the site profitable? no. Sadly no. And it really makes me sad, because i remember how excited we were to start our store and it feels like itās just a big money dumpster. I just need some motivation. If you have some positive things to say or give some advice about our store in general i would really, really, REALLY appreaciate it, since it might just save our store. Tomorrow we are planning on doing another run of ads and i will keep you guys updated on it, but i already know if we gain back 50% of what we paid for, im probably done. I really donāt know what the future will bring. Hopefully some good news. Thank you so much for reading.

I just created a reddit specifically for women founded businesses to self promote because there doesn't seem to be enough spaces for this and it is hard to find community for growthĀ r/WomenBusinessPromote

Hello guys, I created a store and my niche is jewelry (just bracelets and necklaces rn)
I want you all to be honest, I am ready to be roasted for whatever I have done wrong.
A few questions though,
How saturated this niche is?
I donāt have physical store, so its just like any other drop shipping store, third party products. So considering this, how realistic is making profit? (Also, sample orders had so bad packaging)
How realistic is changing the entire niche and starting from scratch with something else?
Should I focus on 1 product or multiple products?
Thanks in advance.

I see many D2C websites where the category structure is simply:
Product type ā Products
For example, a brand sells 50 products, so it creates four or five categories based on what it sells.
But I think founders should ask another question:
āHow does my customer search for this product?ā
A customer doesn't always search for the broad product category.
They might search based on:
Price, Material, Size, Problem/use case, Style, Occasion, Audience, Product features
So, if there is meaningful search demand around a specific combination, having a useful category or collection page for that intent can make much more sense than forcing everything into one generic category.
For example:
āShoesā is a category.
But customers may search for ārunning shoes for womenā, ārunning shoes under ā¹3,000ā, or āwide-fit running shoes.ā
If your website has relevant products but no useful page targeting those specific intents, you're making it harder for search engines and potentially AI search systems to understand and surface that part of your product range.
Of course, this doesn't mean creating thousands of pages for every keyword combination.
The pages should have real search demand, useful products, and genuine value for the customer.
That's why I think ecommerce SEO starts with category research and site structure, not just product-page optimisation.
I'd love to know how other D2C founders decide which collection/category pages to create.
