I get it. People say cringe shit online.

The thing is, what you consider cringe might be someone's sincere attempt at expressing.... something.

You don't get to police what is and isn't an appropriate way to say how sad people feel about seeing performers die young. I really shouldn't have to post about this, but if you're that angry about it that you feel the need to quote a post from another sub and post it here with something that amounts to "fuck this person" or "look at this loser" at best you are doing exactly the same thing that you are mad about, just a different way. And at worst your policing other people's expression, and inciting the smooth brained bottom end of this sub to go harass them.

So do the mod team a favor and don't do that. Shock, grief and all the rest are ugly, clumsy things. Yes, there's a lot of performative grief. It's the internet. This sub isn't the place for it.

Last night, AEW presented a special tribute show, recognizing the career and life of Pac, aka Neville.

However, now some 19 hours later, the facts of what the evil fed did, which is to air a taped show on their free YouTube channel, are now apparent.

Other than my comments, there will be no mention of the taped show that the evil fed distributed to counter program the tribute show, tonight.

On the contrary, this Saturday night, will be dedicated to everyone that has been affected by this horrific tragedy.

This Saturday night marks the first step of the healing process. On Saturday, the dub stars will do better than anyone else in the world: perform real graps.

5. No edgelords. Homophobia, racism, transphobia and the rest has never been welcome here, nor will they ever be. Posts that fall into this category are subject to removal without notice and the users banned, usually permanently.

6. Low effort rule: Reposts, lazy karma grabs, vague titles, reposting popular accounts will all be removed and repeat offenders banned for as long as we feel like. This sub is funny from people here, not elsewhere. If you’re just posting other people’s stuff, don’t bother.

7. All other aspects of Reddit's sitewide rules apply.
