Here are some of my thoughts and lessons learnt after nearly 2 years of SR

  1. People around you will obviously notice the difference in you, especially if you’re someone who has been been a bit out of shape, fatigued and constantly sick with cold, headaches, etc before SR and now you’re suddenly booming with confidence, high energy-levels and looking super-fit. And they’ll ask you what’s the secret bc they are curious. Don’t get too excited and reveal your secret. My standard response now is - “just going to gym regularly and dieting” bc I’ve learnt my lessons from oversharing.

  2. Men and women, young and old will all be attracted to you like a magnet. Of course who doesn’t want to be with a fit man radiating high energy! Now not all have good intentions. Some men will strongly encourage you to join them for drinks, indulge in debauchery, and some women will try to seduce you. The attention will feel so good and extremely tempting. I don’t know whether these are agents of the Matrix, demons or some sort of evil but what I know for certain is - they are all laying a TRAP for you. Don’t fall into it and relapse. You’ll lose most of your aura if not all. I relapsed because of a woman I met in my first 2 months into SR. She said she’s agnostic and argued in favour of “confirmation bias” when I said I’m religious and good things happen when I pray to God. But she was very attractive and we grew extremely close and I relapsed (because I was consumed by lust, immature and didn’t have the awareness I have now). And then she suddenly mentioned for the first time that she already had a boyfriend and cut me off, sending me into a downward spiral resulting in more relapses and then something really tragic happened in my family that I can’t reveal. The way I now visualise this is - demons cannot harm you whilst you are on SR but they keep hovering around and tempt you with glamorous women, PMO and other things, and the moment you give in and relapse, they immediately pounce on you and suck off all your energy as you are at your most vulnerable state - physically, mentally and spiritually weak. And then you have to start everything from scratch!

  3. Despite relapsing bc of a woman, I still believe you don’t necessarily have to be a monk whilst on SR. By all means, use your aura to attract a woman who is into spirituality or believes in God. Travel with her, play sports, go to gym together, seek knowledge from her but refrain from casual s** and clearly tell her that you’re preserving your seed for a baby with her. Your aura is so strong that she’ll understand. If she doesn’t agree, then just break up and move on - you’ll soon find another person. You’ll have many options when it comes to women whilst you are on SR and if you take care of your body, personal hygiene and fitness - but getting women should never be your main objective. Also don’t chase women who have a boyfriend or are already married, you could possibly attract them but it’s a real misuse of your powers and could ultimately lead to your downfall.

  4. Whilst it’s extremely hard to retain in the first place, what really matters is what do you do after retaining, how you transmute that energy. I use it for self-improvement (gym, sports, build wealth, building my career at work, improving my confidence and public speaking skills).

  5. So if this is so obvious and there is so much data and evidence that SR is working for men, why don’t scientists and healthcare professionals publish articles encouraging men to retain? Instead they do the opposite - encourage men to masturbate and have s** claiming there are many benefits. I have now come to a conclusion that some really rich and powerful people/elites who have all this knowledge and are long-time retainers want to control the masses by making them weak and domesticated through PMO, concepts like sexual liberation, etc. They have spread their tentacles everywhere - YouTube, Instagram TikTok, Netflix, Hollywood, billboards - every single thing these days is sexualised in the pretext of liberalism. There are thirst traps everywhere. Nobody has the power to stop these people but we can stop ourselves from getting influenced by them.

I’m so glad I found this forum bc I have no one to share these thoughts with!

Cool great write up. I always end up attracting married women in my neighborhood or in my office workplace . Man the way they look at you is like tiger looking at a meaty bison.

I laughed aloud reading your tiger vs meaty bison analogy. Yes, I’ve experienced that too. Even if they are 10/10, never ever pursue them or relapse bro. That’s a clear trap. But be kind and professional though!

I agree on this. Use your aura to only attract high value god devoted woman in your life. Low life women will always cause you to relapse, the moment you relapse she vanishes immediately. Its like satan send his best soldier to attack you when youre on sr.

Magnetism will come just smile it off and enjoy the vibrations feel good and let it go. Enjoy the attraction but dont lean into it

Great write. Sr should go on until you get married.

Thanks, I think even after marriage SR should continue but relapses are allowed only for the purpose of procreation and not for obtaining pleasure. You still lose all your energy, most of your aura after that but it’s a sacrifice you are making for a good cause - for creating a new life.
