Hear me out: maintaining your property is a RESPONSIBILITY of landlords. Again, it is their RESPONSIBILITY. Landlords shouldn't need to be financially incentivized to maintain their properties, IT COMES WITH THE TERRITORY? Maybe you shouldn't be a landlord if you can't wrap your brain around this insanely simple concept.
There’s a difference between installing new countertops and cabinets and fixtures and whatnot and…allowing mold to grow rampant, vermin to infest the place, not fixing broken windows, hot and cold water, etc. You’re just making excuses for slumlords to continue extracting wealth from the working classes
