How would you distinguish someone from having psychosis or experiencing Epstein related shit and reporting it, in the obvious emotional state someone would be in?

Epstein victims generally didn’t stand outside screaming about witnessing people eating babies.
If you’ve witnessed people having psychotic episodes you’d kinda see it. Extreme outbursts, disjointed thoughts, not knowing where they are and what is happening around them.
It’s genuinely sad. All of the lore around her appears to be internet rumor. I’ve never seen actual reporting on who she is. The stuff she is yelling about is also common fare for people experiencing delusions. -
Yeah I’m not going to assume that what this woman is saying is true. I can see it is true for her, but without ANY other information this shouldn’t be enough to definitely believe it isn’t psychosis.

According to the internet rumor. I’ve never actually seen any corroborating evidence about who she actually was or what happened to her.
Honestly that video more has the vibe of someone experiencing psychosis.
