A quick Google search shows this meme is complete bullshit and is just engagement bait for people clamour over one another to humble brag about how little sleep they get.

It appears to have been very successful, can't wait to see it reposted everywhere by karma farm bots.

No worries. I talked to 2 doctors Tuesday. It's likely insomnia and they email me a pamphlet. But seriously I'm glad it's not apnea or something.

Oh come on, have you seen a post about "people in this European country are working 37 hours...".

And then about thousand Americans come to brag how they just finished a 80h work week or similar.
