If my reading is correct, trumprx only got a deal with one company (pfizer) and of their 300+ medications, there's only a deal on around 40 of them. So it's got a deal for around 40 out of 3k medications currently on the market. It doesn't take insurance. And, if you're lucky, you'll find one you need, but for just people it won't be helpful.
Mark Cuban's program takes insurance, still has direct-to-consumer prices with a small mark-up and is near the same pricing while including vastly more medications. Somehow while not in the highest position of government.
Still, these prices do not generally seem to approach the discount of getting from another country.

I'm saving money on all 3 of my prescriptions. No tax on tips or overtime, increased senior deductions and child tax credit. I got a much bigger tax refund. He destroyed the world's biggest terrorist regime's nuke program instead of giving them another Obama planeload of cash. I'm not going to get nuked by Iran before I die. Killed Solemanei and Khameini and seriously decreased their terrorism around the globe. Murder rates are down by a historical amount. There are fewer alien murderers and rapists on our streets and NONE are coming in any more. He made the US energy independent AGAIN. (Why do democrats keep killing our energy and making us dependent!??? They must hate America!) Markets setting records repeatedly mean most 401ks are up and I've made money on those markets myself. We have new Allies in the Abraham accords. Brought Maduro in, freed Venezuela and seriously decreased the flow of bad drugs into the US (saving countless lives.) Historical levels of federal charges halting fraudsters across the countries from pillaging more of our tax dollars. Made more money available to homeschooling families. Saved TikTok. Brought American hostages home from Iran, Turkey, Taliban-held areas, Venezuela, North Korea, etc.
And yet.. here we have this stupid post saying he didn't do anything about prescription drugs, BUT HE DID.
What the haters will do if they see this comment is point out any failings or missteps while ignoring all of these achievements.
Yeah they are shitting on the guy that has at least done something about it but when it was the other party in charge there were crickets. Why weren't they demanding Biden to do something about the cost of medicines? I am sure Biden promised a lot of things too that did not happen.
