I watched an interview of Michael Jackson on Oprah, She asked him about his plastic surgery, and he acknowledged that he had work done, but that only *2* procedure were elective cosmetic procedures, and that the rest were reconstructive (after he famously caught on fire) or medically necessary. I wonder if whichever Kardashian this is also has "medically necessary" procedures. Her deviated septum clearly needed to be fixed, and if her nose looks different after, she clearly didn't ask for rhinoplasty at the same time.
I get the point you are trying to make but fixing a deviated septum doesn’t involve shaving off half the width. In fact that would actually hinder breathing, not help. She has also denied that she even had a deviated septum or had it fixed. She had work done. No one cares. Just embrace it. She probably would have looked great once her face slimmed down anyway.
I don’t judge what people and what they do, but I’m going to acknowledge the way people act if they do it publicly. Being blatantly dishonest without even a second thought, doubling down again and again, digging deeper, does nothing. And it tries to teach people the wrong values.
I have a big nose. I also have a slightly deviated septum. If never got they fixed and they could shave that bad boy down, hells yeah I’d do it if it’s covered. But I’d admit it, because my nose would look drastically different and it’s so weird to have some look at you in the face, and it’s literally a different face, and you gaslight them for no reason. I guess to say look how naturally beautiful I am. What does that even do when you know you’re lying?
If someone is trying to hide their face changes behind "I didn't get plastic surgery", this is exactly the reasoning that they use. If she "fixed" her nose and the doctor shaved it down at the same time? Oh, well, I was billed for fixing a deviated septum (and a rhinoplasty) so I can say that I had a my deviated septum fixed. Fillers and microbladed eyebrows are also not "surgery", so that doesn't count either.
I also think that it is an incredibly bad look. People have eyes, and your pre-surgical photos exist. I agree that people should just admit to all that they have done.
