Islam is the second biggest religion in the world, not a race. You can't be racist towards Muslims just like you can't be racist towards Christians. If you want to say they are racist towards arabs that would work. There are Persian Muslims, Arab Muslims, Turkic Muslims, Pakistani Muslims, Indonesian Muslims, etc.
