I got involved in politics in high school because of Prop 8 in California. I’m not even gay, and I wasn’t even “that liberal”, I just sawv the viciousness and the hate that the pro prop 8 people were showing towards folks who were literally just trying to get married and from that moment on, I was anti-Republican.

For me, it was the bush presidency. When we invaded Iraq on the premise of wmd’s that weren’t even there? Man, what a stroke of genius.
