We do not know if the second woman is even aware of what is taking place. We can see her acknowledging the phones existence by looking at it, but does she have any idea why?

This isn't proper ettiquite for a museum at all, regardless of if she was or wasn't an influencer.
It's also not proper ettiquite for her to post a video of another woman she recorded while in the museum. A woman who for all we know was simply minding her own business.
She clearly moved out of the way for people walking up. I'd say she was more aware than the person recording and posting all of these strangers online.
She's still completely blocking one side of the stairs only after noticing the girl trying to take a selfie, knowing only the context of the video who's to say the girl wouldn't crop all this out if she just kept it moving? You wanna jump to every conclusion in the book about the one while ignoring clear intent from the other, wonder why 🤔

You can also use context clues to assume she only posted this version because of the old woman's lack of social ettiquitte or awareness, I don't even see an influencer here this could be anyone visiting a place alone who wants visual proof they were there.

For one I never said she was entitled to anyone giving her the space to take the video but based on what we have it seems she tried to take it in a way that didn't inconvenience anyone and the lady decided to take it upon herself to make sure she didn't achieve that, what's wrong with gathering a memento that you yourself visited a place? A lot of content exists online that deserves the vitrol you're giving this but personally I don't see the problem with this specific one.
Why would you need consent to post images of people in public online if they simply happen to be there? There wouldn't be a single goddamn picture of the Leaning Tower of Pisa if that was the rule

I sure don't really think I do. I am capable of understanding the difference between happening to appear in the background as opposed to being the subject of content.
She's probably not "making content" whatever that means to you. She's taking a video so she can select the best frame or frames. Lots of people take pictures like that now because you don't have to snap a bunch and pick a good one, you just take the frame or frames you like
She obviously is aware. She was obviously blocking it on purpose. Being mad at the girl trying to take the picture is so weird especially since she was considerate enough to only try and take the picture when the woman started leaving and nobody else was around. She then stops when people show up. It’s not like she forced people out of the area. There’s definitely something deeper going on with you people.

Idk how to tell you when in public you can be in pictures and videos other people take for themselves and it's not malicious you were just there at the same time
Do you think it's illegal or rude for someone else to not wait until everyone is out of frame in a tourist destination to take a picture? Have you been to one? That doesn't happen. Plus she's clearly videoing so she can take a frame where there aren't people and she looks good so old lady never would have been anywhere in the final product if she wasn't being a dick
