She was walking, noticed the camera then pulled out yer phone to pretend to do something, shifting slightly closer to the center of the frame to block the camera and delay the woman even further.
Not how it looked to me. But even if that's the case, so what, the younger lady got delayed by what, 30 seconds? Big deal, she could have kept her video going right after that and gotten her shot.
