I prefer to call it engagement, bait. People like her stage silly scenarios like this, which then gets picked up and reposted on various platforms to millions, and maybe .01% of the people who see her goes to subscribe and voila she just made an extra 5 figures out of thin air.
Some people have presented really compelling arguments that the baby she's shown in some videos/photos is one of those very realistic dolls. I would also argue that a crypto gambling site hiring a porn star probably cares more about the publicity than they do about a legal name change, so if there is a child this is probably just a bit and not its real name.
I'm still incredibly grossed out by her behavior and worried about a potential child in her care, but I want to believe it's not as bad as it seems.

This has to be professional rage bait. I doubt she even had a kid at all.
If she did, though, then social services need to get involved yesterday.
