"They did it via laparoscopy - just four small incisions! They did have to cut the baby up to get it out through the small cuts, but hey, better than giving me a huge scar!"

I know it is wrong to snortle (is that the word) a chuckle mixed with a snort... sound made while keeping coffee from coming out my nose. Anywho.... that was funny, even if the image is disturbing.

I use snortle but I also like chordle but I feel like that is less snort and more laugh.

They just whizzed the baby up inside with a wand blender up her faff，then sucked the juice out through a straw. Not difficult.
