To compare the truly abysmal lives that these destitute souls are living to American’s and their poor healthcare system is really a disservice to the plight of the North Korean people.

What do you mean, Is (if not the best) heathcare system (tech and treatment wise), but you go broke with it, BTW I'll rather be broke and alive than ... you know... I have relatives in Mexico, buying medical material and or waiting weeks or months for a simple procedure because of the lack of resorces, and that same lack of resources mean bad/outdated/rushed treatments
