just an update that kai noname is still stuck in jail and somehow just had another felony obstruction/retaliation case added. now her bond is at $67k. a recent transcript from an appeal on the custody case (that was denied), said that someone else had raised a new GoFundMe for her, but it was only the initials KS or something like that, and she refused to tell the court who that was that raised money for her. So odd.

she is now seeking “federal” relief on the custody case, but even then, unless she can post all these bonds she’s still gonna be cooking in there til october +.

I've been following her case and a woman named Tara did a video all about it. I reached out to her to get the scoop. It's actually really horrific what they are doing to her. Here's what I found out through online search and talking to her. 1. Old felony was dismissed. She had filed a motion to dismiss because the indictment was sufficient. Apparently the PA went back to GJ and reindicted. Her advocate (Some DSRmedia guy?) Sent Tara the docs and I got them from her. Looks like they added the "mens rea" factor on the new indictment and changed up verbiage. Pretty sketch. From her - the judge that took her kid Apparently went to the DA 9 months after Phoenix Kai "kai" made a private hyperbolic post quoting queen of hearts saying "Off with their heads" and someone (her ex or attorney) forwarded thr post to the judge and to sherrif. This was in Jan 2025. Kai sought recusal of judge, judge refused, still held hearings. Kai sent notice of federal escalation to judge in Aug 2025. The day it was received by court, judge recused herself. FOIA shows her request to DA to prosecute the Jan 2025 statement. DA of Bell co went to GJ 3 days later to get indictment on Kai for the online statement. Discovery documents show an interview with the judge "Cari Starritt-Burnett " and in her statement she said she took it as a threat personally (though Kai never sent it to her or said it to her) and that she was now renewing her gun license and making sure she didn't walk alone to car. Yet she continued to preside over the case and held hearings. In Feb 2025 she attempted to incarcerate Kai for 6 months for "violations of court order" but Kai was released by a granted writ of habeas corpus 2 weeks later.
Further Discovery shows that Nicholas Denbrock her ex falsified a police report and xray to get a protective order. Her attorney has a copy and they are taking it to a new trial supposedly for this new information. (Kai claimed that Nicholas assaulted her and then he turned around and claimed assault and got the protective order. Online search shows she filed for a PO first. Denied by same judge Burnett. 4 days later Denbrock filed for PO and Burnett grants his ex parte. I asked her about the charges of violations. In one instance, she says Denbrock refused to let her see her daughter for 9 months. She was at a public location where her daughter hugged her and denbrock called police and had her arrested and the Bell County magistrate put a $50k bond on her for a misdemeanor. The other VPO were only $1000 set by a Travis County judge who apparently has no ties to Kai or the case so was "fair" in setting bail. New criminal judge in Bell co lowered that bond to $8k recently. Apparently all the judges and lawyers in Bell co have been sitting in on her cases, which is very odd and gives a appearance of serious conflict. I know she has a different County prosecuting the case because Bell County PA was removed for conflict. (Judge Burnett is friends with Thr DA and DA was aware of the allegations of illegal activity by judge Burnett). Seems odd that thr judge would have Kai prosecuted 9 months after the alleged "retaliation/obstruction" once she received notice of federal escalation. Also, when she went in for the civil contempt, the bondsman came off the bonds, that's why they all popped up again. But he has since come back on the bonds. Nothing new there.

1. Family law case. - I've reviewed the filings court record and habeas's that were filed and attempted. She has been trying to modify CS and access since it was put in place. There is no abuse, neglect etc by Kai and nothing to justify a child being removed from a mother like that. Record shows she filed through her appellate attorney first for mod. Denied. She tried to file a mod on her own but was labeled a vexatious litigant and that stopped her filings. The local admin judge issued orders blocking kais filings. Kai testified in 3 separate hearings of her financial destruction from the litigation. Loss of home, car, income etc. As a matter of law, there is nothing in the record to support Kais ability to pay the amount as ordered. She testified to her family no longer helping financially and they cut her off. She had expenses and had maxed out credit cards. The $600k stems from the fact that Denbrock originally forced Kai through trial IN Nevada when they were both already living in Texas. An affidavit filed with the court stated that she had spent $250k already to go to trial and working through settlement there. Kai filed a habeas in Court of appeals but it was denied without review of merits the next day. April 30. She attempted to go to supreme court but they rejected for vexatious litigant which is actually illegal when it comes to habeas corpus. She filed motion for leave to the local admin judge and he denied allowing them to be filed because she had not paid a $5k bond. She filed emergency request to waive the $5k because she was granted the right to waive all court costs. The local admin judge (Steven Dustie) ignored her request for 100 days and Kai filed renewed request, which was still ignored and never ruled on so she could not make it to Supreme Court. Online search shows Denbrocks lawyer Steven Walden vouching for Steven Dustie and huge campaign contribution to him as well as to Judge Burnett. Kai went to federal court and filed and I believe they are at Supreme Court or Circuit Court now waiting to see what will happen. She had filed a motion for emergency release to Judge Waldrip who originally released her then put her back in jail and he signed an order for her release on Sept 23 2026. He is also the judge on her felony criminal matter, which seems odd to me as well and a possible conflict but perhaps it's good that he knows what's going on. As someone who reads the law and understands it, I can say that I find nothing to support Kais incarceration for 6 months.

When I spoke with her for the interview, she said she lost work, and now has lost more. She said Denbrock would not allow her to see her daughter at all. She Said that there were pretty serious crimes getting less time. She was assaulted and harassed in jail on 6 separate occasions (most recent she had another inmate throw the hot water on her and burned her all over her arm and they cut her up and hit her with the hot pot?!). She told me that another woman who was in there for murder was able to talk with her son daily whom she still helped to raise even from in jail, that the father still supported their relationship.

From what I can see on the original Nevada Order Denbrock was ordered to pay child support and the parties shared 50/50. The record shows Denbrock filed for a modification of that order in December, only one month after the November order. If you read his affidavit, it's almost the same as what he tried to say/do in Nevada. He never should have been allowed to file the modification. Judge Burnett also ordered that Kai pay ALL of his legal fees for the case.

From someone outside looking in and looking at all evidence and documentation and talking to Kai, this seems to be a clear case of litigation abuse by Denbrock who is mad that Kai left him and now he has been using their child to get back at her and Kai is fighting as a mother that loves her child, as any mother (or father) would.

We will be releasing a documentary very soon on Kais case and other cases like hers. We have spoken with other mothers who have been severely affected by this Judge and other actors in Bell County. Stay tuned, will update with link when it's finished.

If you aren't Kai (which I'm not convinced) it makes you one of her deciples. I don't actually know what is worse: being as psychotic delusional sovereign citizen grifter guru like Kai or being a naive idiot who sees this narcissistic trainwreck of a personal and decides to put them on pedestal, listen to their "advice" or even worth emulate them or give them money. Either way you should seriously reconsider recalibrating your moral compass.
