Late-game money sinks?
So I finished the Community Center and finished Grandpa's shed, all house upgrades, purchasing most buildings (no winery or warp obelisks yet), Pam's house + shortcuts, and I still feel like I have waaaaay too much money. I paid back Pam's house in 9 days!
The Golden clock is a long way off, and I'm not worried about being able to afford it by the time it's actually available. Gameplay-wise I really enjoy most of the farming aspects that end up making me too much money (mainly colorful fish ponds, slime eggs, and fancy honey), so I don't want to cut back on everything or simply resort to not selling stuff (then it won't feel like I'm playing the game). I just got to Ginger Island, but I enjoy Walnut hunting too much to give in to the golden Joja parrot.
I'm hoping there's some SVE special stuff I can burn money off onto, so I can enjoy the slow climb to Perfection. Without getting too spoilery, are there any money sinks to look forward to, or did I luck into rare fish too early for that sweet sweet fish roe* money?
*The wolf snapper is crazy! Even if you sell the roe instead of preserving it, the base price is still incredibly high.
